YMCA Youth Gym encourages kids between the ages of 10 and 16 to get active and stay that way.
Youth Gym members gain confidence and become healthier, happier and more comfortable with exercising.
The healthy routines they establish and the knowledge they gain will serve them for the rest of their lives.
Youth Gym membership has two categories:
Kids Gym – ages 10-12
Teen Gym – ages 13-16
Concession membership rates are:
Youth Gym includes access to family friendly group fitness classes, health club (during specific hours for Kids Gym), an initial planning session and exercise demonstrations. Personal training is available at extra cost.
All programs are age specific, supervised by qualified staff with verified Working with Children checks.
