Boot Camp

If you are looking to take your fitness to a new level this summer or simply want the motivation and support to get back into shape, take on the challenge and enrol in boot camp.

This 6-week program is designed to enhance cardiovascular fitness, increase muscle strength and endurance and burn fat. Your Boot Camp coach will individualise your workload and targets based on your current level of fitness. Through a challenging yet achievable program, your fitness and confidence will progress to a new level!

The Details:

6-week program

3 x one hour sessions per week: Monday, Wednesday and Friday

Mornings (6am – 7am)

Payment up-front and no makeup sessions

Must be 16 years of age or over to participate

Dates:

Boot Camp sessions take place three times per week, with the first session on Monday 6 February and the final session on Friday 17 March 2017.
