Dedicate yourself to just 8 weeks of Boot Camp to feel fitter and motivated in this new year. The time is now!

This 8-week program is designed to enhance cardiovascular fitness, burn fat and increase muscle strength and endurance. Your Boot Camp coach will individualise your workload and targets based on your current level of fitness. Through a challenging yet achievable program, your fitness and confidence will progress to a new level!

The Details:

3 x one hour sessions per week: Monday, Wednesday and Friday

Mornings (6am – 7am)

Dates:

Boot Camp sessions take place three times per week, with the first session starting on Monday 5 February 2018.

  • Must be 16 years of age or over to participate
  • No makeup sessions
  • Single upfront payment only
  • $100 deposit required for Platinum Membership holders - this will be returned via credit on completion of Boot Camp sessions.
