Group Fitness

Group fitness classes are a fun and interactive way to get fit and healthy. They are a great workout for all ages and fitness levels, and help you stay motivated.

We offer 85 Land and Aquatic Group Fitness classes every week including a huge range of Adrenaline aqua aerobics, Zumba, Les Mills and boxing classes.
We also have a wide range of Active Adults classes particularly suited to older adults or those returning to exercise.
