Water adds magic to any workout. Because water cushions the body’s weight bearing joints, aquatic workouts are low impact and can greatly reduce the injury and strain common to land-based sports.
We have a number of different programs and class styles on offer. No matter what your age or fitness ability, we will provide a comprehensive workout that leaves you feeling great. Most classes are held in waist to chest-deep water, so non-swimmers can also participate.
We provide floatation devices, music and qualified instructors to take you through the routines. Classes are held in our indoor 50 metre and warm water pools.
