Adrenaline is a workout program built around small group, high intensity training sessions. Its main focus is on functional training - that is, working with the body movements we use in everyday life to improve speed, strength, power, balance, flexibility and agility. Functional training leads to better joint mobility and stability as well as decreasing the potential for injury during athletic endeavours.
What are the benefits of Adrenaline?
Adrenaline sessions are run inside Knox Leisureworks Health Club and optimal session size its between 8-12 participants. Sessions are 45 minutes are designed to help you learn the perfect technique to master the movements in the main workout component and ensure you get the most out of every single session.
