Adrenaline is a workout program built around small group, high intensity training sessions. Its main focus is on functional training - that is, working with the body movements we use in everyday life to improve speed, strength, power, balance, flexibility and agility. Functional training leads to better joint mobility and stability as well as decreasing the potential for injury during athletic endeavours.

What are the benefits of Adrenaline?

Increased Cardiovascular Fitness

Our Adrenaline sessions are designed to push you to new limits and greatly increase your cardiovascular fitness. The sessions take you through a series of functional movements in a circuit based environment which is sure to get your heart rate up!

Improved muscular strength, development and endurance

Because Adrenaline sessions focus on functional movement and lifting, your body utilises an increased number of large muscle groups which helps you to develop power and new levels of strength. The movements are functional, which means that they translate into daily life movements and each session is designed to help ensure you're building the ability to generate new strength as well as muscular endurance.

Burn fat and speed up your metabolism

Intensity is the name of the game in Adrenaline and when paired with a high level of functional movements, you're bound to break out a sweat and burn away a whole heap of calories!

Break through barriers in the shortest time

Adrenaline sessions only need 45 minutes to achieve their goal of giving you a fantastic all-round workout. Each sessions have a qualified coach to take you through all of the movements and ensure you're working at your maximum potential. You'll also build mental resolve to help push through "I can't do it" barriers.

Adrenaline sessions are run inside Knox Leisureworks Health Club and optimal session size its between 8-12 participants. Sessions are 45 minutes are designed to help you learn the perfect technique to master the movements in the main workout component and ensure you get the most out of every single session.
