Yoga & Tai Chi at Knox Leisureworks
Yoga's combined focus on participants mind and body make it the ultimate stress-reducing class. Yoga creates energy, strength, flexibility and well-being while aligning and balancing the body, mind and spirit. Knox Leisureworks offers 4 classes that run between Tuesday to Thursday. Tai Chi is a traditional Chinese system of slow meditative physical exercises designed for relaxation, balance and good health. Tai Chi currently runs on Tuesdays at 12:45 and is a welcoming environment for everyone of all ages and experience.
