What kind of training sessions are available?

1-on-1 Training

Work together one on one with a Personal Trainer in either a 30 or 60 minute session. These intimate sessions are focused on you, your technique, your intensity, your training preferences and of course - your goals.

These sessions can be worked around your availability and are a fantastic way to increase your motivation, improve your workout routine or help you experience a whole new dimension in your training.

2-on-1 Training

2-on-1 training allows you to work out with a friend and is perfectly suited to couples or those who have similar training goals.

By working together in a 2-on-1 PT session you will be able to help push each other to stay motivated and achieve the results you want. Our Personal Trainers focus on your individual goals, but encourage you to work together to achieve them.  Not to mention you'll also be able to split the cost for your 45 minute sessions!

Our trainers are some of the best in the industry and maintain a full range of qualifications as a mandatory requirement, including accreditation with one of the national fitness body's. We maintain one of the highest levels of staff qualifications in the industry to ensure our client's experience the best level of service.

Our trainers will provide you with professional guidance and knowledge on both training and nutrition, plus many also have extra qualifications in specialised fields, such as post injury, pre/post pregnancy, youth exercise and older adults.
